General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Company presentation
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between the company Maison Adar , registered in France, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller", and any natural or legal person making a purchase via the website maisonadar.com , hereinafter referred to as "the Customer".

2. Purpose
The purpose of these conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Customer in the context of the online sale of religious and cultural products such as kippoth, tallit, accessories and related items offered by Maison Adar.
Any order placed on the site implies the Client's unreserved acceptance of these conditions.
3. Products
The products offered by Maison Adar are described and presented as accurately as possible.
However, minor variations may exist between the visuals displayed on the site and the items received, due in particular to differences in display depending on the screens or the artisanal manufacturing processes.
Some visual representations, images, or illustrations may be created, modified, or enhanced using generative applications (such as design software or artificial intelligence). These visuals aim to provide the most accurate representation possible of the product, without constituting a perfect contractual reproduction.
Consequently, any minor differences in appearance between the images shown and the actual product cannot be considered a defect or non-conformity and cannot justify a return or claim .
4. Orders
All orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment of the indicated amount.
Maison Adar reserves the right to refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to a previous order.
Once the order has been placed, it must be validated by our management department within a maximum of 48 hours .
The customer then receives a confirmation email with a tracking number .
5. Price and payment terms
Prices are shown in euros (€) , including all taxes (TTC).
Delivery costs, customs duties and any other applicable taxes are the responsibility of the Customer.
Payments are made via secure systems (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
The order is only considered final after full payment has been received.
6. Delivery
Maison Adar products are shipped worldwide , in accordance with applicable legislation.
Parcels are prepared and sent from our international logistics center , then picked up by the Customer's local postal service or by a partner carrier.
Delivery times:

Standard delivery time: 12 to 25 business days

Exceptional delay (depending on logistical or customs constraints): up to 40 working days
Maison Adar cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers or customs services.
Since the carriers are external to the company , Maison Adar has no control over their delivery times or the quality of their service.
7. Import taxes and duties
Maison Adar ships its products legally all over the world.
However, any import taxes and duties that may be applied in the Customer's country are the sole responsibility of the buyer .
The Seller accepts no responsibility for any fees imposed by local customs authorities.
8. Right of withdrawal and returns
Returns are accepted only in the event of a proven manufacturing defect .
The Customer has 7 days from receipt of the package to report an anomaly and request a return or exchange.
For all return requests, the Customer must contact maisonadar.paris@gmail.com specifying:
- The order number
- A photo of the product in question (if possible in its original packaging)
- A description of the observed defect
Items must be new, unworn and in their original condition , accompanied by their complete packaging and the purchase invoice .
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer , except in the case of an error on our part or a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Maison Adar reserves the right to refuse any return or refund if the above conditions are not met.
9. Refunds
If the return is accepted, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the order .
Processing time can vary from 7 to 14 business days , depending on the banking provider.
No refund will be issued until the returned product has been received and verified .
10. Responsibility
Maison Adar cannot be held responsible:
- delays or losses related to carriers;
-errors in the delivery addresses provided by the Customer;
- indirect damages related to the use or delivery of the product.
In the event of a return due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, the Customer must wait for the product to be reshipped before any possible refund.

12. Intellectual Property
All elements present on the site (texts, images, logos, trademarks, etc.) are the exclusive property of Maison Adar .
Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
13. Protection of personal data
The personal data collected during the ordering process is used exclusively for processing and tracking the order.
They are not transmitted to third parties under any circumstances, except where legally required.
The Client has the right to access, rectify and delete their data in accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) .
14. Applicable Law and Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by French law .
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction of the French courts , even in the event of multiple defendants or third-party claims.
