Delivery method
Delivery times and tracking:
Once your order has been placed, it must be validated by our order management department .
This step usually takes less than 48 hours . Once the order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number .
You can then consult our tracking page to find out which carrier is in charge and the progress of your delivery .
Delivery times are estimated between 12 and 25 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Due to certain logistical constraints, these delays may exceptionally reach 25 to 40 working days .
Important: Deliveries are handled by external carriers , independent of our company.
Maison Adar has no control over their deadlines or the quality of their service.
Returns, exchanges and anomalies
From the date of receipt of your package, you have 7 days to report any anomaly and request a return or exchange for a new item , only in the event of a proven manufacturing defect .
Accepted conditions:
- Damaged item : you can request an exchange (same item or equivalent) or a refund by filling out the form provided in our Terms and Conditions .
- Product return : Items must be returned in their original condition , complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) and accompanied by the purchase invoice , in order to allow the issuance of a refund .

Validation & refund:
If at least one of the above conditions is met, we will verify the compliance of your request and initiate the refund process for your order, credited to your original payment method .
The refund processing time is 7 to 14 days (including bank visibility time).
